1. Introduction
Welcome to OnboardingVoice (“we”, “our”, “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, platform, widget, or related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using OnboardingVoice, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Landing website and early access
This website currently collects early-access requests and contact messages; account registration and paid subscriptions are not open. OnboardingVoice is a Trinx Solutions project. Forms are processed by the shared Trinx Solutions API hosted on Hetzner, and the website is served by Cloudflare Pages. Contact messages may also generate an internal notification to the team.
We store the contact details and message you submit so we can respond, and your email and consent record when you request early access. To withdraw your early-access request or ask for deletion, email [email protected]. Each launch email will include an unsubscribe option.
