Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OnboardingVoice (“Service”), provided by Trinx Solutions (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnboardingVoice provides cloud-based software to enable voice-guided onboarding, contextual assistance, and analytics for web applications. The Service is offered as a hosted SaaS subscription.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You must be 18 years or older to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Plans and pricing are listed on onboardingvoice.com/pricing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Interfere with servers, networks, or other customers.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy proprietary parts of the Service.
  • Upload malicious code or infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Data Ownership & Processing

You own all data and configurations you upload (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service, and may aggregate anonymized usage statistics for performance analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, and content of the Service remain property of Trinx Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim for above 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by external providers or force majeure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after the retention period (see Privacy Policy).

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
